Giles Cundell
Giles has 24 years experience in developing and executing brand, sales and marketing strategies for leading brands in the Sports and Outdoor industries across EMEA, APAC & LATAM regions. He brings a clear understanding of the intricacies and balance needed when managing growth across Distributor, Direct and Ecommerce channels. He also brings strong relationships with key retailers and premium distributors across multiple regions. Having been a distributor as well as working at senior levels in the corporate brand world he has a somewhat unique perspective on what is needed in a balanced brand/distributor relationship.
Johnathan Lopes Da Silva
With over 10 years experience in wholesale and distribution, Johnathan’s passion sits firmly in bringing innovative, sustainable and unique brands that exist around the globe to the Australian, New Zealand and Pacific Island markets. With many years of sales experience under his belt in all regions of Australasia his skill set and experience is heavily rooted in sales delivery and operational efficiencies. With skills developed from the ground up in various roles from planning and strategy to sales and relationship management, Johnathan helps bring a firm sense of clarity to the Australasian distribution strategy for each of our brands.
Kelly Cundell
As co-CEO of Compendium Group Kelly brings experience developing and delivering successful Marketing and Commercial campaigns for leading brands in the EMEA and APAC regions. Her specific passion is in bridging the gap between a traditional wholesale enterprise and a forward-facing consumer-first landscape. Kelly’s role in Compendium Group will ensure that we continue to be able to deliver outstanding omni-channel results to all of the brands we work with. Kelly will also work at both strategic level and on the ground-level execution to ensure we deliver expected results
